Express rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. This ensures your items are packed with the necessary protection for a safe and speedy arrival.

Dispatch & Delivery 🚛

Processing: We aim to hand-pack and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days.

Arrival: 3-10 business days transit depending on your location.

Rural & Regional: If you live a little further out, please allow a few extra days for the postie to reach you. We know country deliveries can take a little longer!

Safe Delivery & Summer Heat ☀️

Authority to Leave (ATL): By default, we send orders with 'Authority to Leave' so you don't have to visit the post office. If you aren’t home, the postie will leave your parcel in a safe, discreet location.

Have a specific hiding spot in mind? Just let us know in the "Order Notes" box at checkout, and we’ll make sure those instructions are added to your shipping label.

Heat Warning: Our natural soy and coconut wax has no chemical hardeners. Please bring your parcel inside as soon as it arrives to keep your products out of the direct sun.

Missing Parcels & Damages 🔎

Missing Parcels: While we aren't responsible once a parcel is marked "Delivered," we are always here to help you track it down if it goes missing.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken, email info@harlequincandles.com within 7 days with a photo for a replacement.

Change of Mind: As a small handmade business, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
